One of the most important aspects of human resource management is the need for labour. It is critical for organizations to hire and motivate employees to perform at their maximum efficiency. As such, what motivates people is a simple question that has been attempted to be answered by many professionals alike. The complexity of the question itself is due to the fact that although people can be segmented into different demographic groups, every person is different.
